Multi-Bot Programming

The CD contains an extensive set of ready-to-run Multi-Bot Programs for Multi-Bot configured in different ways, as well as sets of programs in different categories that are designed to help teach important aspects of programming the NXT.

The Multi-Bot project is also designed for you to experiment with and write your own programs for.  To get you started with the sensors, the MBSensorTest test program will display continuous feedback from the four sensors (color sensor, ultrasonic sensor, and left and right touch sensors) on the NXT display.  Use the Multi-Bot Vehicle with the Ultrasonic Sensor, Touch Sensors, and Line Sensor attachments attached.

 

Challenges

  1. Write a program to do some basic driving with the Multi-Bot.

  2. Write some of your own programs for Multi-Bot to use the sensors and other attachments.

  3. Design some other attachments for Multi-Bot.  Can you think of another way to use the third motor, or another way to use the sensors?
